How much deposit is required?
Deposits typically range from 30-50% of the total price, depending on the Chow Chow type. This secures your puppy and is applied to the total purchase price.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable unless there is a health issue with your selected puppy before delivery. However, deposits can be transferred to another available puppy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. For deposits, we also offer payment plans through Affirm or Klarna with approved credit.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due when the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age or at least 2 weeks before scheduled delivery/pickup, whichever comes first.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we partner with several financing options including Affirm, Klarna, and CareCredit to offer flexible payment plans. Approval is subject to credit check and terms vary.
