By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms:

1. All information provided is truthful and accurate.
2. MiniesChowPals reserves the right to deny any application.
3. The adoption fee deposit for Mini Chow Chows is $500 and is refundable incase of unforseen circumstances
4. You agree to provide proper care, including regular veterinary check-ups, proper nutrition, and adequate exercise.
5. If at any point you can no longer care for the dog, you will return it to MiniesChowPals rather than rehoming it yourself.
6. You understand that Chow Chows require special care, including regular grooming and socialization.
7. You agree to spay/neuter the puppy by 12 months of age unless adopting specifically for breeding purposes with prior approval.
