Adoption Agreement

This is a legally binding contract between MiniesChowPals (hereinafter referred to as "Breeder") and the adopter (hereinafter referred to as "Adopter"). Please read carefully before signing.

2. Purchase Terms

The Adopter agrees to purchase the above-described puppy for the sum of

subject to the following terms:

A refundable deposit of $500.00 USD is required to reserve the puppy, which will be applied to the total purchase price.

The remaining balance is due upon pickup or before shipping arrangements are made.

Acceptable payment methods include:

If Adopter does not complete the purchase within 7 days of the agreed pickup date, the puppy may be relisted and the deposit forfeited..

3. Health Guarantee

The Breeder guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has received the following:

Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments

Veterinary health check and clearance certificate

Microchip implantation and registration

The Breeder provides a 2-year genetic health guarantee against life-threatening hereditary defects, subject to the following conditions:

The Adopter must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

If the veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious health issue or congenital defect, the Adopter must notify the Breeder within 24 hours.

The Adopter must provide a written statement from the examining veterinarian confirming the diagnosis.

In the event of a confirmed genetic defect, the Breeder will, at their discretion, either replace the puppy with one of equal value or refund up to 50% of the purchase price to cover veterinary expenses.

2-Year Guarantee: Covers genetic/life-threatening hereditary conditions only.

4. Adopter Responsibilities

The Adopter agrees to the following responsibilities:

Provide proper nutrition, housing, exercise, and veterinary care throughout the puppy's life.

Follow the recommended vaccination and preventative care schedule provided by the Breeder.

Spay or neuter the puppy between 6-12 months of age, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Breeder.

Never abandon, surrender to a shelter, or sell the puppy to a pet store, research facility, or puppy mill.

If unable to keep the puppy for any reason, contact the Breeder first who will assist in rehoming or may take the puppy back.

5. Return Policy

The Breeder's return policy is as follows:

If the Adopter cannot keep the puppy for any reason, the Breeder must be notified immediately.

The Breeder will accept the return of the puppy at any time during its life.

No refund will be provided for returned puppies older than 6 months, unless covered under the health guarantee.

For puppies returned within 30 days of purchase, a partial refund may be provided at the Breeder's discretion, minus the non-refundable deposit and any expenses incurred.

The Adopter is responsible for all transportation costs associated with returning the puppy.
